Here in the Orchard Croft we specialise in small, intimate weddings, elopements parties and retreats from 2 to about 50 guests. Our goal is to host relaxed events with a sofisticated and stylish country feel with personalised planning and service .
We do not offer generic packages and prices , we are working closely with you to draft a plan that fits your vision and budget and by paying attention to all details we are able to take out the stress from your celebrated moments and put the magic and focus where it belongs -on you!
The surrounding orchards are the perfect serene and picturesque backdrop for one of life’s most important celebration. Everything can be arranged just in one place – the ceremony, the pictures and the reception and accomodation for up to 12.
We provide everything in a specially created personalized package for each bride and groom. Planning, theme, decor, catering, official, flowers, spa service, washroom,photography all at your service. We are working hand-in-hand with each couples to achieve their individual vision making sure that it is personal, intimate and unique.
In general we host 3 style of weddings :
1. Vows in the orchard
It is a decorated outdoor backdrop for only a small 1 hr ceremony for 2 , including decoration, a 1 hr stay in a room to get ready ,witnesses, a signing table with chair and ipod dock for your music and parking. Starting $400 plus tax.
Extra services available : official, bouquet, make-up service , lunch, photography, champagne toast, hor d’houvres , flowers for decoration, tent, dinner, chairs or benches for extra people, served gourmet dinner for 2 or more with decorated table , candles and amplifier for music and accomodation.
2. Elopement package
please check our package detail in our packeges page. Price for 2 is $1800 practically including everything with accomodation for 2 nights . Extra people and rooms can added .
Please note we are offering it for winter as well !
3. Individually planned outdoor tented weddings up to around 50.
